On behalf of AOI, I wish to thank you for your support towards AOI’s 3rd International Implant Conference that was held in New Delhi on 17th ,18th and 19th october 2008. The overwhelming response, which we received from participating delegates and companies, has made AOI conference an annual event and is much-awaited event of the year.

I proudly announce that AOI is going to hold its 4th International Congress on the 22nd and 23rd May-2010 at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi,India.  Our aim would be to attract larger number of delegates and also encourage all old and new Implant Manufacturers in the country to participate in this gala event.

AOI has already confirmed a galaxy of international and national speakers who will share their knowledge with the delegates, as also there is a proposal to invite various dental institutes around the country so that science of Implantology can reach the grass route level of dental education in India. After we received an overwhelming response towards the poster presentation in the last conference, we have decided to include a free paper session for the present conference.

It was heartening to hear from almost all the exhibitors that it was a successful trade show last year; in terms of number of participants and the business secured by them through the event. SPONSORSHIP DETAILS:

The Sponsorship Details for various categories for Implant Companies are as follows:

PLATINUM – Rs. 7,00,000 (Rupees Seven Lakh) [17,500 us dollars]
The amount will include –
4 slots for keynote speakers (2 International, 2 National/ 1 International, 3 National)
Pre-congress
3 booths of 3 mts/2 mts

GOLD– Rs. 4,00,000 (Rupees Four Lakh) [10,000 us dollars]
The amount will include –
2 slot for keynote speakers (2 International / 1 International, 1 National)
Pre-congress
2 booths of 3 mts/2 mts

SILVER – Rs.2, 00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh) [5000 us dollars]
The amount will include –
1 slot for keynote speaker (International only)
1 booths of 3 mts/2 mts

STALL FEE  – Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh ) [2500 us dollars] for an Implant Company (per stall).

ANCILLIARY IMPLANT PRODUCTS traders will not be given a stall in the main area. Stall fee for Ancilliary Implant products  - Rs.50,000  per stall  [ 1250 us dollars]

SOCIAL EVENT  - The sponsorship for the cultural evening and banquet would be Rs 2,00,000.[5000 us dollars] The sponsorship will include Banner displays in the hall at Company’s cost.

SCIENTIFIC SESSION  - For 2 days’ Scientific Session the sponsorship fee will be Rs 1,50,000 per day [3750 us dollars].  The sponsors can display their banners at their own cost inside the hall conducting scientific sessions for full one day

SPECIFICATIONS -
BOOTHS:  Each Booth will measure 3x2 Mts. and will be equipped with One Table, Two Chairs, One Power Point, Two Spot Lights, One Waste Bin and Fascia name.  For additional facilities, if required, the Event Manager may be contacted to arrange for these, on payment basis. 

Points to be noted before confirming the Sponsorship:

1. All pre-congress registration fee to be collected by AOI.  A maximum of four pre-Congresses will be held, on first-cum-first-take basis.
2. All payments towards sponsorship to be taken at least two months prior to the conference.
3. No sharing, no splitting of Booths.
4. The allotment and final position of the Booths will rest with AOI.
